As the season of fall begins, nature responds with change. In this season we also have a wonderful opportunity for deep listening, and self-reflection to see what inside of us might want to change, or be released.
As the trees begin to let go of their leaves we might want to inquire within to see what we need to let go of to make room for something new.
Deep rest and restoration is also required in nature in the change of seasons and so it is for us.
Things that may want change or release might include:
Old/negative ways of thinking
Critical inner self talk
Your relationship to your own body/feelings
This mini retreat will include:
A gentle flow/restorative/yin style yoga practice with inquiry questions/journal prompts.
Expressive art activity
Group process time
