Meditation Series with Trudi (for beginners & others)

Time: Thursday, 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Description: Learn (or reinvigorate) meditation and mindfulness skills that are easily adapted to everyday life.
There are opportunities to share our experience, and to take the process deeper with journalling and
intention setting. This series is appropriate both for beginners and those with an ongoing practice.
Everyone is welcome – whether you want to learn to meditate, or wish to deepen your practice.
A 5-class series. Please, pre-register.
Meditation Group with Kiran
Day & Time: Sunday, 7:00 - 8:00 pm No class in July and August. Last class June 17th.
Description: This open drop-in group is for anyone with some experience, but new people are also welcome.
Attendance with your yoga pass, or drop-in fee: $8.00. Here is what Kiran writes: "Usually meditation is practised
to quieten the mind and to achieve a point where peace is experienced while in meditation. This was also the way
I used to guide groups. But now I would love to sit together to help each other to come closer and closer to our
innermost being, by moving through mental and emotional barriers during practice, so that we can eventually
merge in our true state. This is natural meditation, peace and love, not only while in seated meditation, but
also in the rest of our lives."
