Meditation with Trudi (for beginners & others)

Description: This meditation course will include various meditation techniques, information about
the physical and psychological effects of meditation, and support to start a meditation practice.
Everyone is welcome – whether you want to learn to meditate, or wish to deepen your practice.
A 5-class series. Please, pre-register.
