New to the studio?

Please, arrive 15 minutes before your first class
 to register.
Click here to pay online in advance, 
or you can pay by cash, cheque, credit card
 or interac at the studio.
Please, bring a mat if you have one, 
or you can borrow a studio mat.
                          Studio guidelines

 Arrive 5 - 15 minutes before class.
 Allow time to fill in registration form, if you are new.
 Keep your registration information up to date.
 Sign in before each class & turn off electronics.
 Avoid eating a heavy meal within 2 hrs prior to class.
 Inform us of injury and modify your practice as needed.
 Remember that the studio is a scent free zone.
