Heartful Yoga Nidra for Healing

Yoga Nidra has been found by scientific research to relieve stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, high blood pressure and insomnia.
In this six-week series we will focus on how to heal with Yoga Nidra. When the nervous system relaxes deeply, it activates the natural healing power of the body. When you give your body what it needs, it knows how to heal.
I addition to Yoga Nidra we will explore other aspects of Yoga, such as breathing and movement in the context of developing a healing practice.
Learning to listen to your body is an essential skill in caring for it. As your practice of Yoga deepens, so does your ability to listen.
In the series we will also touch on other aspects of healing and caring for the body, such as nutrition and emotional healing, in order to be able to give the body what it needs to heal and thrive.

and a 100-Hr Certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator.
