Description: Learn (or reinvigorate) meditation and mindfulness skills that are easily adapted to everyday life.
There are opportunities to share our experience, and to take the process deeper with journalling and
intention setting. This series is appropriate both for beginners and those with an ongoing practice.
Everyone is welcome – whether you want to learn to meditate, or wish to deepen your practice.
